A Realm of demons, one of dragons, of the elvenkin and the stars. Another lifeless, filled with shadows, and still more engulfed in light. An endless void, to where all are trapped and bound. A place of rest, of peace, of prosperity. A world of white and gold.

In the first, the Realm of the Dragon, trouble stirs. Peace so short after a war that scarred the lives of its inhabitants is shattered, and demons once again fall underneath the name of 'enemy'. Verridith, the Queen of Vystriana, has gone insane. The elves withdraw back into their cities and humans disappear back to their villages; friend mistakes friend as foe. It is a time of unease and accident, with darkness looming over all.

Nevertheless, people rally to fight. Ancient curses lift and old knights pick up their swords once more, warriors who vowed never to take another life forced into action. Those cowardly learn to be brave, and those brave learn how to fear. As the gates of hell break loose, all must be ready - or die.
